Beginners Watercolours – Day Workshop

A workshop designed for the beginner watercolour artist.
Together we’ll spend our time learning about the basics of watercolour painting, the different types of paper, brushes, and colour palettes. Get ready to explore the magic of water and pigments!

Colour mixing techniques: understand how to mix and blend colors effectively. We’ll explore how to create colours.

Learn how to apply watercolor to achieve vibrancy, depth and dimension. We’ll practice the different techniques eg wet-on-wet and to learn how to apply them for best results.

Learn the finer techniques to adjust colors and add any final details to your painting. Together we’ll explore tonal value and the importance in your watercolors. Sheree will provide personalized guidance through the day.
