A monthly movement session where all are welcome. FREE first class if you’ve not tried a conscious movement class before.

Expressive Movement is:
A free, spontaneous form of dance with no set moves
Accompanied by live DJ music and gentle facilitation
Open to all – no experience needed
There’s no right or wrong way to dance, simply follow your own body.
