30 November @ 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- 10-4pm – Forres Crafters in the Tolbooth
- 1:30pm – Wave Radio will be playing music on the High Street
- 3:15pm – Kinloss Military Wives Choir
- 4:15pm – Elgin City Band
- 4.40pm – Santa parades from the town hall with the Forres And District Pipe Band to the Tolbooth
- 5.00pm – Santa will switch on the lights
