Friday Night Fat Friends Club

Starting 27 September for 12 weeks – Ends 20 December 2024!

Friday evening – 6pm till 7pm £3 per week & after we pay for hire of the hall what is left will go to the biggest loser in time for Christmas!

The principal is its peer support No big diet factory telling us what to do. No pressure.

We get weighed, if you lose you share your secret and if you haven’t perhaps we can help with advice if we’ve lost.
