Guided Forest Bathing Walk

An opportunity to slow down and connect to the Season as we tip into Autumn!
Forest Bathing is a wonderful evidence based practice with ancient roots. I offer optional sensory invitations to open our senses to connect with Nature, solo time and time to share and drink a woodland themed tea with like-minded people.
