Seasonal Yoga with Mhari – Findhorn
16 April @ 5:15 pm – 6:30 pm
YOU are invited to a candle lit seasonal yoga class. Enjoy moving through the spine to stillness. In Winter we will work with the water element connecting with the fluids in our bodies to support the endocrine system and the paired organs of the season; the kidneys and the bladder.
