DESCRIPTION:Weekly Dru Yoga class take place every WEDNESDAY  in the MASONIC HALL in Forres at 10 am. \n\n\n\nWHAT STUDENTS SAY ABOUT THIS CLASSThis class is awesome!!  \n\n\n\nToday it delivered to me exactly what I needed: work on my lower back pain\, rest\, breath and positive affirmations and visualisation on the future…new ways to see the world more beautifully… plus did you know it’s 2 hours of yoga bliss! \n\n\n\nThank you Eva\, for the light\, fun\, connection and yoga you deliver every week xx \n\n\n\nI need registration for this class in advance as I want to make sure tosee each of you clearly in case help is needed\, and of course we need toassure you can be spaced out for safety. I also bring some equipmentwhich maybe useful for my students. If you wish to register then pleaseemail me at eva@druyogamoray.scot or call me on 01309611720 preferably on Tuesday before the date you wish to be registered in the afternoon or early evening. \n\n\n\nWHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT DRU YOGA? \n\n\n\nJoints are kept relaxed and soft during movement (as in tai chi). Thiscreates flexibility and a free flow of subtle energy. \n\n\n\nEnergy Block Release sequences (EBRs) are easy-to-practise\, flowingmovements that help to release tension physically\, mentally andemotionally. \n\n\n\nIn Dru Yoga all movements originate from the spine because a flexible\,healthy spine supports your entire yoga practice. \n\n\n\nThe spinal wave and spinal twist are core features of Dru\, enhancingspinal health and vitality. \n\n\n\nA deep understanding of core stability is a major focus. \n\n\n\nDru Yoga works to balance the chakras (energy centres of the body) andaccess the powerful energy of the heart. \n\n\n\nWithin the flow of movement\, Dru Yoga creates powerful moments ofstillness which we call ‘Dru points’. \n\n\n\nWHAT DOES ‘DRU’ MEAN? \n\n\n\nDru comes from the Sanskrit word dhruva\, which refers to the stillnessthat can be experienced in Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation. In thisstillness we are able to sit back from anything that may be happeningaround us\, and see and act from a point of clarity and inner calm.
