SUMMARY:ISLAND – Elgin
DESCRIPTION:Created especially for babies from birth to 12 months old\, ISLAND is a special space to celebrate the unique bond between babies and their grown-ups\, where loving connections can be stretched and strengthened. \n\n\n\nCosy up together with your little one as you drift away on a gentle journey of discovery\, carried by original live music and dance in a beautifully intimate\, non-verbal performance. \n\n\n\nBabies are free to explore the space with all their senses\, while you take a moment to pause and reflect on the joys and challenges of new parenthood. Sponsored by Riverside Kitchens “Island was the most enchanting theatre experience I’ve ever had. The music\, set and performers were all gorgeous. I cried!” Audience Member “My baby is 3 months old and was absolutely mesmerised. \n\n\n\nThe performance was so spot on in terms of the breadth of feelings of motherhood/new parenthood.” Audience Member “…a very safe space for her to move about in…and interact with the other children and the performers.”
