Guided Night Walks – Elgin
18 December @ 7:30 pm
Guided Night Walks 2026 | Will Hall Wildlife
Join me for a guided adventure after dark and discover a completely different side of the natural world!
As daylight fades, we’ll head out to explore the sights and sounds of the night, discovering nocturnal wildlife, learning about the stars and constellations above us, and uncovering some of the fascinating science, stories and folklore associated with the darkness.
Along the way, we’ll look at how animals adapt to life after sunset, how to find your way using the night sky, and why there’s so much more happening outdoors at night than you might imagine.
These walks are relaxed, friendly and designed for curious people of all backgrounds. You don’t need any previous knowledge, just an interest in nature and a willingness to explore!
What to expect:
- A guided evening walk with an experienced wildlife and outdoor instructor
- Nocturnal wildlife, natural history and fascinating facts
- Stargazing and an introduction to the night sky, weather permitting
- Stories, folklore and a fresh perspective on the world after dark
Wrap up warm, bring a torch and come along for an evening exploring the Highlands after sunset.
